Ansh Quality Consultants Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Ansh Quality Consultants website and services. Effective December 31, 2025.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, registering for training programs, or using our consulting/auditing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services Offered

• IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 Training & Internal Auditor Programs
• Core Tools Training (APQP, CP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
• VDA 6.3 Process Audit Training
• Quality Management System Consulting & Implementation
• Internal, Supplier & Certification Audits

3. Payment Terms

• All fees are non-refundable except as stated below
• 50% advance payment required for consulting engagements
• Full payment required 7 days before training commencement
• Payment via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateways
• GST @18% applicable on all services (India)

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Training Programs:

• 30+ days: 80% refund
• 15-30 days: 50% refund
• 7-15 days: 25% refund
• <7 days: No refund

Consulting Services:

Non-cancellable after project commencement. Progress-based termination possible with mutual agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

• Training materials remain property of Ansh Quality Consultants
• Certificates issued are for individual use only
• Consulting deliverables become client property upon full payment
• No reproduction/distribution without written permission

6. Limitation of Liability

Ansh Quality Consultants not liable for:

• Certification body audit failures
• Client implementation errors
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Maximum liability limited to fees paid for specific service.
